Radiohead on Colbert

The thing that always drew me to Radiohead, from The Bends up to the present, was how deliberate they are about everything. How perfectly planned out they make everything seem (I’m not sure if it is perfectly planned out or not, but they lead me to believe that it is). So their picks of TV appearances this week - SNL on Saturday and Colbert last night - seems to be hand-selected.
This performance of “The National Anthem” last night reminded me what first impressed me about these artsy English gents.
